iPhone launched in Australia

Just in case you weren't aware, the long awaited iPhone debuted in Australia today. It's been a long wait for the 3G version of the phone and people were queuing for days to get their hands on one. I even had someone in my team line up at 6am at the Optus shop in North Sydney - 4 hours later she had her hands on a shiny new 8GB iPhone.

I personally experienced the coolness first hand when over in the States earlier in the year as Kathryn had one. We used it as a map when driving around California and we tried to make our way in traffic to the airport in the dark :)
